  2. The event’s page which is a secret environment remains open and the video on-demand is posted for a period of up to 1 month. All invited doctors can post written questions and the KOL is engaged to answer them at regular basis. All doctors can enter and see the video multiple times.
  3. CW can send invitations to new doctors to register and enter the Discussion page, then see the video and all the discussion.
  4. Polls can be posted during the webinar or the discussion after that.
  5. 2 newsletters with main aspects of the discussion may be sent during the period.
  6. Branding of the Discussion page.

 

Scenario 2

Webinar + Regional virtual Networking groups

  1. Doctors are invited for a 1-hour / 2-hour webinar in which one or several  renowned KOLs share scientific data about the new product by means of presentation.  CW can also pre-record the video presentations.  Q&A session follows. No limitation for the number of invited doctors.
  2. MSRs/ MSLs  create closed Networking groups (with MSR’s list of doctors) – in separate discussion pages,  where they invite the doctors from their list and start sharing with them materials, videos etc about the new product. These groups may be open for several months.
  3. Regional KOL can be invited as a moderator in these closed groups to answer the questions – e.g. for a period of 2 weeks.
  4. Materials to be published are prepared by Medical/ Marketing departments. Topic will be the same in all groups but participants are different.
  5. Branding of each group.

E-learning about the new product + Virtual Symposium

 

  1. The company starts the launch with an e-learning for the new product

  2. National discussion – clinical cases from experience from other countries with earlier launches – presentation/ video uploaded, KOL as a moderator, questions from participants. Polls may be uploaded. Branding
  3. National discussion – local clinical cases and practice – about 6 months after the launch of the product in the local market.  KOL as a moderator, questions from participants. Polls may be uploaded. Branding as an option.
